Purchase and Shipping

  1. Please do note as i am a one man team, last minute delays can happen. All the pieces on here are hand made and assembled. As all of them are hand made, they are not perfect. Although, i do try my very best in making each and every item the best they can be. Your support through this means a lot to me.

  2. Payments are accepted through Paypal and Credit Card. For “Meet-Up” option, payment can be accepted through COD, Bank Transfer, PayNow or PayLah!

  3. For “Registered Mail” option, we will mail through Singpost. Tracking code will be provided once done. Also includes International Orders. Please allow 3-5 working days for us to mail it out.

  4. For “Meet-up” option, once the piece is ready, customer will be contacted by phone or email and will decide on the time and place.

  5. Most of the pieces here are made to order unless stated. Usually it will take around 15-18 working days. In any event if there is any delay, you will be contacted by email or text.

  6. Mailing of orders only during working days- Monday to Friday.

  7. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.

  8. For overseas/international orders, please email to unusualfelines@gmail.com and i will get back to you with the shipping cost accordingly.


Returns and Exchanges

  1. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds.

  2. If the piece you received has a defect, please notify us. Requests for refunds/redo will only be accepted within 7 working days from date of dispatch.

  3. Please note that returns and exchanges in the event of a defect in the item will be handled on a case by case basis.
